Ollie’s Mission is to do our utmost to incorporate as many local and organic ingredients
into our food preparation as possible during the seasons they are available. We want to encourage responsible sustainable consumer practices thinking of the present pleasures as well as the future harvests. We work closely with local cheese makers and farmers utilizing many ingredients that are grown close to this location to reduce our carbon footprint.
